Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

To help us provide the best possible care and accommodate all of our clients, the following policies apply to appointments at Fernanda Body Aesthetic:

• A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed at the provider's discretion.
• Arrivals beyond the grace period may be considered late or a no-show.
• A late arrival may result in shortened treatment time; the full service fee still applies.
• Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a $50 fee per appointment.
• A missed appointment without notice incurs a $50 no-show fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspended booking privileges or prepayment for future services.
• The client authorizes applicable fees to be charged to a card on file. If no card is on file, fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
• The $50 cancellation/no-show fee is non-refundable.
• All payments are non-refundable.
